Fenugreek (Methi) also commonly Know for the Anti Diabetic  

Fenugreek very Commonly used in India and Thailand, these leaves of the fenugreek plant that can be eaten as greens.

The leaves have a slightly bitter taste, which adds depth and gives a unique flavour to curries. Use them like spinach or chop them and add to soups and lentil curries.

Eating these leaves is known to help digestion, while the bitter taste is thought to help balance blood sugar. 

Gulp a teaspoon ful of methi seeds with a glass of water dialy.

Soak the seeds overnight,have the soaked water in the morning.

Methi is also used to make chutney, Methi can be eaten Sprouted,Dried and Powdered or mixed them in Wheat Flour to make chapattis.
